The check in procedure was simple and quick. Front desk staff was friendly. Shuttle was on time (every half an hour I think). I was so grateful my suite was ready way ahead of advertised check in time, it was nice being able to rest up in the big suite before a busy day! The suite was simple and spacious and fits my needs. Will come back for sure!

I stayed here the last time I travelled through Seattle and enjoyed it well enough. Middling, but decent. So, I attempted to book a room for later this month. I logged in and booked the room and was charged immediately. When I logged in, the website reset the date and booked the room for tonight. I immediately tried to call to cancel the booking, but no one picked up. Then I tried through their website and received a "Cancellation Failed" notice with a message that said that the reservation does not have a cancellation policy and could not be modified. I would have been fine with just getting a credit towards the date that I actually intended to stay. When I finally got in touch with the front desk, they told me I was out of luck. Miserable customer service. I have now booked with a different hotel and absolutely will not be coming back.

•웰컴 쿠키도 줍니다. 초코쿠키 • 방이 넓고 쇼파베드 및 퀸 2개 베드 모두 깨끗했습니다. • 시애틀 타코마 공항 자동차 셔틀 시설까지 차로 2.5마일정도 걸려 가깝습니다. •프론트 및 하우스키퍼 분들의 친절하신 응대에 만족스러운 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. •렌트카가 있다면 넓은주차장에 주차하기 아주 좋습니다. 다만, 주차장 이용료가 있습니다. •다운타운까지 트래픽이 없다면 I-5도로로 곧장 직진으로 타고 가다가 빠지면 되서 복잡하지 않게 길을 찾아가 용이합니다. (약 20분) • 단점은 변기 수압이 약합니다. • 단점 커피머신은 있지만 커피포트가 없습니다.
